My name is Andrew Barsoum. For over ten years, I have been helping a wide range of businesses develop online solutions. Sectors I’ve worked in include local government, automotive, property and financial services.

My particular areas of interest are user research and developing user experience strategies.

What motivates me most is seeing someone struggle with bad design. A poorly designed service can ruin someone’s day. It reminds me that real people are affected by the design decisions I make.
